We propose unique walks in English for foreign tourists in Tokyo during April 2014, with two highlights: (1) the new “Akihabara Crazy World” for fans of anime, cosplay, maids, robots, video games… and (2) the popular “Insight Into Art: Origami? Shinto?” for art and tradition lovers as well as people interested in the Shinto religion. To explore other facets of Japanese life and culture, enjoy our walks with small streets, traditional shops, Buddhist temples, relics of Japanese history…
You will find below our calendar for April 2014 with the dates, gathering times and places, titles and references of our walks. Click on any title to learn about a walk and/or make a reservation. Note that a separate schedule exists for our activities in April 2014 and that some walks will remain available in May 2014 and beyond.

An English speaker knowing the area and Japanese culture will show the way, point out interesting or fun things, explain in English, recommend restaurants, translate your questions from English to Japanese and answers from Japanese to English if necessary. Each group is limited to 8 participants so we can go to narrow/crowded places and discuss freely…
Starting points for our walks, Hotel Niwa Tokyo (near our travel agency), Tokyo Dome Hotel (near our travel agency) and Hotel Grand Palace (near Yasukuni shrine) are convenient hotels for your stay in Tokyo. In the Jimbocho area, you may also consider Sakura Hotel Jimbocho.
Finally, you can still join special walks to enjoy Tokyo’s last cherry blossoms: “2014 Best Cherry Blossoms” and “2014 Sweet Sakura Evening“. Enjoy your Spring holidays in Japan!
